SUP or standup paddleboarding is the best way to make a day on the river active and fun. The activity is easy to learn for everyone. SUP is a great pastime at any time, and regular practice will keep you fit.

A trip upstream along the Sauga River gives you a chance to enjoy Estonia’s magnificent nature and take your mind off everyday life.
