If you have some free time while you are in Pärnu and would like to spend it outdoors with your family, friends, or colleagues, a short ice fishing course is perfect for you.

Fishing is organised on the Pärnu or Sauga River.

We will learn the basics of ice fishing, drill holes in the ice together, and learn ice fishing techniques. Everybody can do it! Perfect if you want to introduce your little ones to fishing.

For information:

You can always get a hot drink or drill a hole in the ice to get warm.
We do not expect you to have previous fishing experience – we will give you everything you need.

Preparations:

Dress according to the weather – we recommend you wear multiple layers.
The trip will still take place if it rains, so bring a raincoat or a water-repellent jacket.
We recommend wearing rainboots or waterproof high boots as there may be water on the ice.
Wear warm socks and gloves.
