FRESH FISH AND MEAT DISHES BY THE SAUGA RIVER

June – August: open daily 12:00–22:00 (kitchen until 21:00)

At the heart of the Sauga Fishing Village Harbour Restaurant (Sadamarestoran) is fish, which we prepare mainly over an open flame – on the grill, campfire, or in a smoke oven.
Our menu is inspired by traditional Estonian coastal fisherman recipes, with a preference for locally sourced fish. The juiciest meats are slow-cooked at low temperatures – in classic BBQ style.

The harbour atmosphere, seasonal flavours, and warm service make this a special place to enjoy time with family or friends.

Children can enjoy the on-site playground, disc golf course, and mini farm just outside the restaurant.

Arriving by boat (June–August): Guest boats are welcome at berths 21–24, marked “KÜLALISELE” – 2 hours free of charge.Address: Uus-Sauga 62, Pärnu

People have been asking and now we're answering - when will you smoke fish again? When will you do something special?

Every Thursday from 15:00, throughout the summer, we offer something really special and different from the everyday menu. Sometimes we take fresh seasonal fish out of the smokehouse, sometimes we cook meat over an open fire or offer fresh oysters.
